Home Safe

We made it home safe and sound. It was a great trip. Thank you for your love and prayers. Chi Rho will rehearse next Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. We are singing in the evening service on February 8 and 15. The choir will be sharing some of the songs that we recorded this afternoon. Thanks again, Jonathan

Chi Rho Buddy System Begins Tomorrow

Your youth choir representatives, leaders, and senior members have assigned choir buddies to everyone. We have a little buddie quiz for you to take on the bus. We will announce the choir buddies on the bus tomorrow.

Youth Project General Information

Cost: $55 which includes hotel, three meals, a long-sleeved t-shirt and a Worship Sing-Thru CD recording made on Saturday afternoon. You will need to purchase only one traveling meal on Saturday. Payment is now due. Financial assistance is available. Speak with Jonathan.

This is an important training event that has been crucial to our success as a choir. Youth will need to leave school early. If you cannot leave until after school, please speak with Jonathan immediately. Over 500 youth have already registered from across the state.

The choir will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Jackson (731-427-6100)

What to WEAR:
Friday—any Chi Rho shirt (green or previous T’s) and jeans or khakis
Saturday—new Youth Project shirt and comfortable long pants (no shorts). You will receive the shirt on Friday evening at the hotel.

What to BRING—clothes; sleepwear; toiletries; necessary medications; money for traveling meal; appropriate coat/jacket for weather; snacks for your room; great attitude.

Note: Your choir notebook has already been packed. You will receive it at the church on Friday night.

1:00 p.m. - depart Cookeville
3:00 p.m. - make a pit stop in Dickson
5:00 p.m. - arrive at West Jackson Baptist Church
5:00 p.m. - Registration
6:00 p.m. - Dinner
7:00 p.m. - Section Rehearsals
7:45 p.m. - Welcome and Introductions - Paul Clark
8:00 p.m. - Voices of Proc - Chris Matthews
8:25 p.m. - Standup Break8:30pm - Rehearsal
9:45 p.m. - Celebration - Award for the Choir that came the furthest
10:00 p.m. - Devotional
10:15 p.m. - Dismiss to Hotel
10:30 p.m. - Arrive at Hotel and go to rooms
