12:30 p.m. - load luggage in gravel parking lot
1:00 p.m. - depart Cookeville
3:00 p.m. - make a pit stop in Dickson
5:00 p.m. - arrive at West Jackson Baptist Church
5:00 p.m. - Registration
6:00 p.m. - Dinner
7:00 p.m. - Section Rehearsals
7:45 p.m. - Welcome and Introductions - Paul Clark
8:00 p.m. - Voices of Proc - Chris Matthews
8:25 p.m. - Standup Break8:30pm - Rehearsal
9:45 p.m. - Celebration - Award for the Choir that came the furthest
10:00 p.m. - Devotional
10:15 p.m. - Dismiss to Hotel
10:30 p.m. - Arrive at Hotel and go to rooms
11:30 p.m. - Settle down
12:00 a.m. - Lights out (preferably sooner)

Saturday, January 31
7:00 a.m. - Rise and Shine
7:?? a.m. - Breakfast at hotel
8:30 a.m. - Check out of hotel
9:00 am - Morning Celebration - Award for the lowest & highest voice
9:20 am - Morning Devotional
9:35 am - Demo Choir
9:50 am - Rehearsal
10:50 am - Standup Break
11:00 am - Rehearsal
11:45 am - Lunch - Cafeteria
1:00 pm - Celebration
1:15 pm - Rehearsal
2:00 pm - Break
2:15 pm - Demo Choir - West Jackson Sr. High Choir
2:30 pm - Music Review
2:50 pm - Reflections
3:00 pm - Worship - Final Sing-thru / Recording - Chris Matthews
3:30 pm - Thank You and Dismissal - Paul Clark
5:30 p.m. - Eat dinner in Dickson
8:00 p.m. - return to First Baptist Church, Cookeville
