Chi Rho Keeps Growing

Great rehearsal last night. So good to welcome two new singers Caroline Bolton and Joseline Artola. We had 47 folks at rehearsal and 22 of those were boys. That's exciting. See you next week.

Chi Rho Singing THIS Sunday Morning

Calling all Chi Rho singers! We are singing with the Sanctuary Choir THIS Sunday morning, August 22. Please come to the choir loft during the fellowship time and we will sing "Empty of Me" with the Sanctuary Choir and the Pulpit Pluckers. Wear any modest clothing of your choice. No robes. Just great singing! See you Sunday.

Choir Rehearsal Canceled

All activities at First Baptist are canceled tonight including youth choir and cross training. Chi Rho will be singing "Empty of Me" with the Sanctuary Choir on Sunday morning. No need to wear anything special. Jonathan will invite Chi Rho to come to the choir loft during the fellowship time. The words will be on Powerpoint. See you Sunday.

Great Worship Last Night

Thanks to everyone who went to Grace Baptist in Tullahoma last night. We had great time of worship with the people of Grace Baptist and evangelist Ken Weathersby. I also appreciate all of the Chi Rho parents who waited so patiently for us to get back, albeit quite a bit late. Thank you Lonnie Donaldson for driving us safely as well. New Shirts Are Here

I just picked up the more Chi Rho 2010 shirts (blue T with Celtic cross) from the printer. We've got one for everyone who needs it. I'll have the new ones ready with your name on it when you arrive on Monday afternoon.

Chi Rho Begins New Season

The Chi Rho Youth Choir had a great start to our new season on August 4. We welcomed ten new singers and enjoyed the help of our recent graduates. It was an exciting night. Lisa H. said she had "holy goosebumps." I did too. There was a moment in Sea of Mercy that was just electrifying. Wonderful! This is going to be a great year. I can't wait to see where God takes us. Next rehearsal: next Wednesday at 5 pm. See you there! - Jonathan
